About the Role
We’re building Genixgreen’s distributor and installer network in Ukraine. As Business Development Manager, you sign new partners and grow existing ones, backed by stock held in our Odesa warehouse and a factory that builds the systems you sell.
Your Responsibilities
- Find, approach and sign distributors and installers across your region
- Grow orders and reorders from existing partners
- Match partners to the right battery and inverter systems and quote against current stock
- Keep a clear pipeline and report on partners, orders and forecasts
- Feed market and competitor signals back to the team and the factory
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales or account management — energy, electrical, solar or a related field is a plus
- Comfortable building relationships and closing deals with distributors and installers
- Able to read a customer's needs and explain product fit in plain terms
- Ukrainian and Russian at native or fluent level; English for factory communication is a plus
- Driver's license and willingness to travel within your region is a plus
